We’re proud West Roseville locals who’ve called the West Park neighborhood home since 2006—back when it was just a handful of houses and a whole lot of hope for a vibrant town center. After nearly 15 years of waiting, we’re thrilled to finally enjoy the amazing shops, restaurants, and community spirit that make this area so special.
But our journey hasn’t just been about watching a neighborhood grow—it’s also been deeply personal.

In 2019, our daughter Karly was diagnosed with CPVT (Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia), a rare genetic heart condition that can trigger life-threatening arrhythmias during moments of adrenaline—like excitement, anxiety, or exercise. After surviving three sudden cardiac arrests, Karly’s life changed overnight. Competitive sports, dance, and water activities were no longer safe.
Enter the SADS Foundation: a lifeline of resources, support groups, and expert guidance that helped us navigate this new reality. It became our go-to source for everything from school care plans to emotional support.
Karly found new passion in the kitchen, quickly becoming our family’s personal chef and eventually landing her first job as a line cook at Moksa Barrel House — where she helped prep your favorite bites.

Today, Karly is not only thriving, but also giving back. She’s taught CPR, demonstrated AED use at health fairs, and she’s helped us launch the West Park Pub Crawl to raise awareness for sudden cardiac arrest, support the SADS Foundation, and celebrate our amazing local businesses.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support means the world to us—and to families like ours.
